The right of withdrawal (of 7 days) does not apply for open-air hotel accommodation provided for in Article L.221-5 5° of the Consumer Code described in Article L. 221-28 of the Consumer Code.
Location rental :
1 - Rental of a location from 12 noon to the next day at 12 noon.
2 - Deposit of 50 € is required. at time of booking.
3 - Payment of the stay on arrival by credit card, by check or holiday voucher.
4 - Tourist tax of 0.2 € per day for anyone over 18 years old.

1 - Reservation validated after receipt of the deposit of 100 €. A confirmation is then sent back.
2 - Rental is effective on arrival with payment by credit card, by check or holiday check and by depositing a guarantee check of 150 €. This is returned or reshipped on the day of departure.
3 - Rental of mobile homes by the week starting on Saturday at 3 p.m. and ending at 11 a.m. the following Saturday.
4 - The accommodation must be returned in its original condition. Otherwise an amount of 50 € cleaning fee will be charged.
5 - Mobile homes equipped with crockery, blankets, microwave, coffee maker, garden furniture and parasol on the wooden terrace.
6 - No rental fees, holiday vouchers accepted.
7 - Tourist tax of 0.2 € per day for anyone over 18 years old.
Disputes :
In the event of a dispute between the professional and the consumer, they will endeavor to find an amicable solution.
In the absence of an amicable agreement, the consumer has the possibility of seizing free of charge the mediator of consumption to which the professional belongs, namely the Association of European Mediators (AME CONSO), within a period of one year from the written complaint sent. to the professional.
